I have heard u should use neem wood spatulas as they are of good quality and prevents scratches in our vessels and silicon spatulas should not be used as they leach harmful substances during heating. Also steel and brass spatulas shouldn't be used as they will scratch our vessels. yours is a very controversial opinion. Also please don't promote sandwich bottom kadai as chances are bottom can come out even after years even when u buy branded products .one should buy one pc vessel as u have the option in market even when price is slightly high then he can be relieved for lifetime.u see no risks.

Nice video, but , I have read that in Ayurveda, cucumber should not be used with curd, as it is virudh aahar/ that is wrong combination, please check, though curd and cucumber is very tasty.

Please don’t add water to the raita, because when it separates it doesn’t look good. I always add milk. That keeps it looking uniform.
